New Halloween quest coming?

Maybe the true long-timers have seen this before, but I don't remember seeing these collections until recently:

===== Collection 70/88 - Abnormal Activity
Items: Pendulum, Ouija Board, Tarot Card, Raven Feather, Fortune Cookie

Drops from:
Flights: Transylvania, Machu Picchu, Salem, Fontainebleau, Windsor (all S)
Around City: White Phantom (VS)

Upon completion: 150 Gold, 50 experience, Fuel50, Crystal Ball: Allows to see and land Ghost Planes

===== Collection 71/88 - Warlock's Collection
Items: Athame, Mirror, Black Cat, Magic Bowl, Amulet

Available from: Ghost Props, Ghost Turbo-Props, Ghost Jet, Ghost Delta, Ghost Jumbo (all VS)

Upon completion: 150 Gold, 50 experience, Fuel50, Soul Net: Summons more Black Wraiths

===== Collection 72/88 - Witch Costume
Items: Pointy Hat, Broom, Heels, Witch's Cloak, Striped Stockings

Drops from:
Around City: Black Wraith (VS)
Around Neighbors' Cities: Black Wraith (VS)

Upon completion: 300 gold, 140 experience, Halloween Shop, Witch Costume: Collectible Item

Halloween Shop drops 19(?) coins per hour and yields Cemetery components (A Piece of Wood, Wax, A Crystal Shard, Copper Wire, Velvet (all VS)).

I also don't remember seeing Transylvania, Salem, Fontainebleau (I think that's how it's spelled in the game but I don't think it's right), or Windsor as destinations before, even with a map set. So maybe new limited-time destinations for Halloween?

It is last year's Dark Skies Challenge, and its has been there ever since.
