Quest Item Drops

So, i'm guessing GIS have tweaked the daily drops for Valentines quests as both my games suddenly "found" the item required at the sports shop so i could finish the quest line completely..
same went for the flower drops as i completed that with my last 8 shears producing 5 flowers.
Did they stuff up the drops on other quest lines when the Valentine quest started ???.....
I was and am still needing a drop from Brazilian villa/mansion for the stadium quest which was started before Valentine quest existed.
I must have visited well beyond 50 Brazilian villas/mansions over that time with not ONE single item drop since the Valentine quest started.
Same goes for needing a photo from an exhibition center...
Anyone else have similar problems with non Valentine item drops?

Yes I have got 18 teddy bears and none of them are Big heart teddy bears so I stille need 3 Big heart teddy bears and only 17 hors left

I'm still having trouble completing the Czar Regalia and Jose's Carnival collection. In particular the carnival - I've flown to all the drop locations hundreds of times over the last 3 or 4 months and they just don't want to drop.

In addition to GASBS (Czar Regalia and Jose's Carnival collection) I still got Far Side of the world collection. It is too hard to get these items!

I'm having similar issues with the Astronaut Outfit collection. 1st 4 items drop frequently, but the 5th one hasn't dropped even once.

I actually think plane drops are worse. I STILL haven't completed the great seal collection! For the event I had 8 halloween shops, which droped too 5 when it stopped and I haven't gotten 1 wax drop.

For Stadium i am waiting for Cleat, but couldn't get even one. I was wondering how people built 4 or 5 stadiums.

Cleat - 0
Irritating to play this game at times.
Got fed up of it.

I agree it can be very irritating. I actually have 51 stadiums in my warehouse 
but can't get a wax to drop!
