game crashes!

game crashes!

The game keeps crashing when I ask Neighbours for the additional items for collections. I have upgraded to the latest flash, shockwave and jave software and no joy. Other people are still sending requests to me, so I think it might be at my end. Anyone got any ideas? I run on Firefox.

First of all welcome to the forum

Sadly this is a forum for android device users... I presume you are playing on Facebook.
As a suggestion - have you tried to play using IE and then perhaps disabelling any add-on in Firefox to try to narrow your problem down..
