My game changed into someone elses game.

I opened Eddy's game. I haven't been able to visit neighbors for the past weeks, but I keep trying. I visited Mirim2, one of my other games. Still no luck.

When on Mirim2's game, I decided to take 4 greens for downloading Paradise Island. After the download I opened Paradise island, got past the tutorial, and pressed escape until I was back in Airport city. But it wasn't my city anymore, it was Mirim2's game.

I contacted support 10 minutes ago, so it is too soon to have heard back from them. But I wanted to warn people. I heard that the same happened to others. Be careful when you download other games for greens.

I had the same issue and had to start the game over from scratch. GI did give me airport cash, gold, tokens etc, but I lost everything, including neighbours

They offered me to start over again, or extra money and greens to go further. I asked for the extra money. The city I got switched to, was actually mine too on an old tablet.

Update: they asked me the worth of my city. How on earth do I calculate that?

Let them know how many greens, coins, and any buildings (especially the special ones) you are missing. Did you have a bank, casino, or mint building? Any adventure building or space gardens? How much land expansion have you lost? Everything you can think of that is missing, put it on the ticket.

I've read they have been good about making good on most everything.

Don't forget the energy buildings, have you spent greens on those?
Rockets, launchpads etc. Needed items to rebuild upgradable buildings, count those items in greens, you don't want to wait if G! can give you greens for it (and then we send you the needed items anyway so you can keep the greens)
Check your tokens and powerful explosive bolts.
Don't rush in responding to G!, you better be sure on the calculation. Let us help if you're done with the calculation.

I asked for 30,000,000, 2800 greens and 20 gold and 900 silver.
I still don't know what I am going to get. The last reply I got, was from yesterday, so I hope they'll fix it soon.

I will send you all friend requests in the next days to get my friends database rebuild.

I think we all are willing to help you rebuild everything. Set in your name what you need.

Finally: Eddy got his game back.

The game is level 60 again with 320 stars. I got 2050 greens and 9,000,000 coins, enough I think to rebuild all buildings.

Except from that I got a planetarium, a pyramid, and several special buildings. Enough to make me happy.
Only thing I haven't got are gold coins, but that will come again.

I still need to find the new friend code. It's my partner's tablet, and with all the new possibilities, I cannot pry it long enough from his hands to find the friend code.
