Tablet crashing ... can I restore my game?

Hi all

It seems that my tablet is busy crashing (Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, running Android 4.04), stuck in a reboot loop. It looks like I will probably have to do a factory reset, which means that I will lose my current Airport City game. I have contacted GI in the hope that they can do a restore for me once I have my tablet sorted. Any suggestions, ideas as to what I can do to get Airport city restore to what it currently is?

I may be too late on this - been away for the weekend but...

Here is a good article on how to backup and restore your game - that is, if you can keep your tablet working long enough to do this...

The app has been re-named to Helium but will still show up if you look for Carbon. Also, it will only work for the main user if you have multiple users enabled on your tablet.

My understanding is that, in most cases, GI is fairly good about being able to give you a restore code (although it didn't work for me).

Thanks for the help df99, but yeah, my tablet was too far gone. Even when connecting to PC, it would only give me a few seconds to try something before rebooting again.

I've done a factory reset now and tablet is behaving. It means that my Airport City is back to the beginning  
I am still waiting for a response from GI, so hopefully they can give me a restore that works, if not, I guess I'll just have to start all over.
