New update: The Great Game

So I updated (football quests) and started working the new quests. All was going well: build a house and visit it, collect stuff from flights, etc. And then: Visit the hotel! WTF? Does anyone have a hotel without buying the all-inclusive bracelets? Nobody has them for trade, do they? I don't have any bucks to buy them and WILL NOT spend real money on them.
