Flight Acceleration ?

Has anyone figured out the Flight Acceleration in your ongoing flights or if the Fuel Catalyst in the gift section has anything to do with it?

I figured it out.
When your planes are flying now if you go into see their status you will see 2 little arrow things at the bottom of each flight. When your flight hits those points you have one minute to click on it and speed up the flight 1 hour by using a Fuel Catalyst which we can now gift each other or you can purchase for 1 greenie.

Its not always 1 hour. It depends on the flight time of the actual flight and is a small percentage of that.

It's actually frustrating that you only have a brief window in which to use the fuel catalysts, but I guess it's better than nothing.
I'd rather have a staggered "speed up" system wherein you'd use less fuel for flights closer to finishing.
