Do we really need the flight school?

I know it was a quest at some point in the game, but do we really need the flight school after that?
I think some of my high level neighbor dont have it anymore. So is it ok to demolish that building?
Its not much but im trying to make some room for some more useful building, since we only have limited space

If I recall you needed that building for higher-level pilots for bigger planes. If you don't need to build any more big planes you might be OK.

Mike is right, you had to build the flight school to be able to fly larger aircraft, jets I think.

I think your larger aircraft would be grounded without it, but you can test it . I would love to demolish this worthless building.

Unfortunately it's one of the unique building that can't be removed

...not only that, if you lose it via a bug, you lose the ability to fly all your higher-level destinations until you rebuild it. So yeah, you need it.
