this game just hate me i know it

hi
ummm i don't know why but now i have all kind of problem that one game can have
1: cant use friend or promo code
2: cant send a gift
3: cant Get a Gift
4: cant send friend request
5: cant accept friend request
6: cant visit neighbor's
7: 2 runway but only one working other one is full (without any plane on it)
did i miss any problem that i have???
