Game crashed back to tutorial! help!!

So I'm visiting a neighbor when my game crashes, no big deal, happens often enough. This crash went all the way out to my iPhone reboot screen (hello white apple icon), again, no big deal... So I go to reopen my game and keep wasting some time on it (actually I was landing my planes on a 6 hour Aztec map I worked real hard to get, so kind of a time sensitive thing...), and what do I get, the game start tutorial! Here's how to build a runway, and here's a hangar, and let's show you how to send a plane off. No duh! I'm on level 40 working on the Aztec pyramid!! Where's my real game!?!

So if anyone has had a similar experience (I've done some reading on old threads, and sounds like I just need to sit tight?) I'd love to hear from you. Am I SOL, or can GI reset my game from cyberspace if I wait long enough for them to get their heads out from their behinds?

Hi Joboo, you should contact GIS, on android devices they give a special code to restore your game....on iphone maybe have the same way. I read from another IOS player that had a back up and restore from it.

I'm awaiting their reply...  On the advice of people on another forum, I leveled up my new game to level 3, which opened my friends tab, and now all of a sudden around half of the friends I had on my lost account are in my friends list on this account (weird).  Will keep you posted on the progress, and hopefully this will help for future people with this problem... (maybe GI will fix it? hahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!)

All good! Game restored back to full progress. Only took a week....
