Unused buildings in your warehouse?

I was wondering about the 'gift' buildings that folks have in their warehouse that they have not used in their city.
I currently have 23 stadiums that I have not attempted to place in my city. I am sure this is a small fraction of what some of you may have.

I only have 5 stadiums but I also have a white house and 1 gift shop. I may build the white house one day when my land is more plentiful. And if they have the July 4th event again next year, I'll build the gift shop so I'll have 5 for my neighbors to click on.
I don't see a use for all those stadiums... guess you could build them, then sell them for the coins.
