Back to the beginning

I have installed the new Rock update and it has reverted me back to the beginning. I was on level 33 and people can still visit me and my airport is as it was. So how do I get back to my original game, every time I load it it starts from the beginning with nothing there. I'm using an Iphone 4 with the latest ios. Any help on how to get my old airport back would be great.

A lady from Game Insight has took all of the info and transferred it to there specialists for a careful investigation. she said I should hear from them in the next 5 working days. Lets hope I get my old airport back.

Nah But they did send me a code which got me back to my old Airport. Happy days again
