Trying to finish flight catering facility but needs items from Dubai,Cant fly to Dubai without flight catering facility.

You do not need flight catering to fly to Dubai. You need a delta plane and an oscillating beacon.

Thanks for your reply.
I have the delta plane but the only places it will allow to fly to without the catering facility are Nice,South observatory and Lima.
Dubai is blocked saying level required 20,I am 31 stars required 28, I am 33 and building required flight catering facility.

Then that would be another bug that G! has created. Are you Android? I looked on my Android tablet and the flight for Dubai does not require flight catering.
