CASINO restarted by itself and died suddenly now only producing 3 coins

My Casino restarted and started producing greens about a day after the latest upgrade.

Although I may have accidentally restarted it, but I don't remember having enough gold and silver to do so.

My count down clock was down to about 20 days this morning, and it suddenly stopped producing green....but instead only 3 coins every 6 hours...

anyone having the same issue?
