Some minor issues with building movement. You cant highlight some objects before moving. After few mins problem is gone.

Looks like the multiple click on the "Launch Pad" feature has been removed... So if anyone is still on V1.69 - my advice is stay on it... do not update...

Bought 6 green dollars when the expansion discount was available a couple days ago, & never received them. I've been down this road before w/ this exact situation. The cost is barely worth contacting them & reading their generic email responses over the next week, but I should, just on principle...no money, no expansion... Evil or Very Mad

Lol now they're asking me how much in-game currency I spent on my launch (does anyone keep a record of the coins they spend?) and the transaction numbers from when I bought greens, which they've had from the very first email. Maybe GI support is based in a sweat shop in China, and I'm corresponding with an 8 year old kid? Wink

my cosmic fuel stations aren't maturing. they start at 24 hours countdown, then when it reaches 0 minutes left it starts back at 24 hours again. i have spent 16 greens to get robot testers to complete the build of them and cannot collect anything off of them since last 2 bug updates! anyone else?

Hi,

It seems that I am not able to see any launch from my friends. I have been waiting for one for some days and none appeared.

Rockmsockm has just started one but the message from my launch pad keeps saying your friend has no ongoing launch program. I can visit him, so he is not affected by the visiting bug from my side.

I now have the same problem as Harry Tuttle. Finished my second launch, waited for timer to go to zero but instead it jumped to 367*** hours. It's been 48 since and problem has not resolved itself.

I don't believe that GI can/will fix this in the next time, the neighbour visiting glitch still exists since few updates Crying or Very sad

I had the same problem with the timer, found out following solution for me:

I still can not visit any neighbors even after this bad santa update. This has been a problem for me for at least 4 months. I would like this fixed or stop having mission by visiting neighbors since I can not.

I had this problem for several months just figured out that if your neighbours aren't on the same version as you you can't visit them. They can however visit you. Just updated to version 1.76 and guess what happened to the few friends I could visit...YEP they now don't work either.

I updated my game and started this santa quest on saturday. Have not been able to visit any neighbors since. I also cannot send any gifts. This quest is impossible without being able to get the lanterns from my neighbors elves.

Have you time travelled forward to the future? Maybe to fix the time bug with your landed capsule (38xxxx hours)?

I have not time travelled but my game thinks that i am. I had a launch started and it wouldnt let me do anything. It kept giving me that "time travelers cant reach for the stars" or something like that. I need to fix this as soon as possible or i have no chance at this promo. Im already so far behind, i dont even have any of the buildings yet.

I have the same problem with the launch, but I did time travel to solve it. I had to go to 2037 twice. I didn't know that this was considered cheating, and I wish I never did it.

Have been going to and fro with the helpdesk. She gave me a code to fix the problem, but it didn't work. Only thing it did, was eat up all the oil I'd saved from the Halloween challenge.
