Repair base 3

How did everyone get the needed items for this? I am still building my flight school. I have one jet that is broken.. I don't understand how I am supposed to fly to SF enough times to get all 3 items 2x. It seems like I'd keep having to drop my jet and buy a new one frequently. Is this a glitch?

Hi Shad248,
Welcome to the forum.
You fly to Malta to get the items needed for the flight school. Once you have those items, you can fly to San Francisco to get the items for your repair base. The turbo-prop flies to San Francisco. The jet is not really needed until you build the repair base.
It's not a glitch, it's just the frustrating order of things.
The best way to get these items is to become neighbors with people on here and post what you need in the daily swapping forum.

thank you! I don't how know I missed that. I thought I needed a jet to fly to SF after I finish the flight school. Thanks!

Easy to miss especially with the new planes for sale. I think they all look very similar.
There are other speed bumps in the game but, IMHO, this one is a major pothole.

Hi shad248, also from me welcome to the forum. I think the main thing at the moment for you is to get lots of neighbors and ask them for items that you need. Of course in return you normally give them something. Fuel and passengers are always welcome.
I just send you a friend request. The friend code shad246 does not work, it appears to be shad248. Getting friends can be quite a bit of work. The game limits you to 5 per day only, and some of us only respond after a p.m.
