Expansion sale promo for 48+ hours

For those of you who leave their game running most of the time and don't load it fresh each time, it may be worth doing so as there is a half price expansion sale going on at the moment.
I.e. for my next expansion (number 7) it will be 100,000 coins (not 200,000) or 7 green cash (not 15).

I tried to do it using coins, but it didnt work. For the promo is only valid if using the Airport Cash only... (although the coins options also said 50%)

Looks like it is cash only - coins don't seem to work...

ams4l - great news! I don't have 100K coins which is what I need, and unlikely to make that much before the clock runs out, so wondering if I should use green cash. Been saving it up for when coins become useless for expansions but am tempted to use some now!

It alternates between land sale and money sale.
Atleast twice a month you should see the land sale.
