somehow i lost all progress. game resetted itself and set me back to level 1.
Got mail out to helpdesk but for now no gifting from me.
I'll let you all know what happens.

Had it happen three times to me
. Make sure you have your original friend code. GI should send you a reset code. Good luck!

I had a look to the comments in the Win8 App Store, that place where I got this game from.
Many people there are mentioning that this happens if you don't spend real money on this program.
Not sure if this happens at a certain level or randomly.
I think that is GI's sort of message that this game is at the end of the day probably not for free.

Well, I have always and consistently bought green dollars, so in my case I can confirm that it had nothing to do with lack of purchases. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Very sad to say that i lost my game at level 27 too. Any solutions?
I don't know if I would have the courage to restart the game...
The crash occurs after a window crash... a link?
