Bug about the item "Rattle"?

These two day I visit the villa in my city, the item "Rattle" for the Fan Zone collection drop out suddenly two times.
In the item discription, "Rattle" only drop from Stadiums.
Dose anybody has the same issue?
Maybe it is a little bug..

same here,
just keep tapping on a stadium or villa and it keeps on giving.
already have 15 stadiums only not enough items unfortunate.
specially when you passengers limit is achieved tapping is great to boost the drops.
