Fuel Station Bug Empty Fuel Station Bug

So I've had a level 2 fuel station for a while now and suddenly it reverted back to needing items, ie the steel frames, wires and control units. No idea if it's connected or not but I just completed a level 2 Duty free shop and then I noticed the red exclamation point over my fuel station. Anyone else run into this? Also, has anyone had luck contacting the developer on issues like this?

i heard about it that the game reset his status in one of the latest version, you also should have lost coins and exp. that is a bug.

but i Don't know if the support could solve this problem or you've play all again.
