Promo code not working for me

The promo code kerf64 is not working since Friday, September 6, 2013. I keep putting the promo code but I get no response for the last 3 days... Someone help me how to make the promo code work... Please.. And I did not contact the GI yet and I will not contact them because I know they are not going to reply and not help me how to solve my problem. Can anyone help me.. I really appreciate..

Hello mates,
same issue with me too,weekly code didnt work this time,even adding friends.GI is trying to reduce the number of players...didnt bother to contact them.
Now some mates are not getting my gifts too.

Wow... I can't believe this is happening to everyone. I'm get annoyed now. I hope they response soon.
