I think this is a common problem since the second last update. This happens to me too. I don't think this is related to the 999 greens.GemNugget wrote:Hello,

Likewise. I'm doing everything as in did before. I probably get 2 gifts a day thanks to this bug. I emailed, but I haven't got a response yet.

I'm also waiting a response from GI but I think angelus2 is blocked, can't send gifts or join a launch. The only good part is that I'm receiving coins from neighbors visiting my ac (5 coins/pasengers/fuel).
On the other hand, :)angelus is working fine, except for the bug visiting neighbors and don't getting rewards from their visiting.

I used 3 Power Explsive Bolts for each launch (9 green cashes for each), the remain part used Solid Fuel and the items bought from coins. I think my account is blocked. I didn't recieve any extra money/fuel/pass when a neighbour visit me, and anyone could join to my new launches.

Same here. I've sent email after email and I get the same response that "we're looking into it...". I'm starting a new game, again. When I get to the level of sending gifts, if it is a good list, I'll start sending neighbor requests. It pretty much sucks not being able to do anything. Guess that whole money doesn't buy you happiness thing is true. LOL.

This is the answer I got from GI support team about the few of us who accepted friend request and got 999 greens:
I have examined your game details and it turns out that your account is blocked as our system detected changing time/date settings on your device.
Changing system date and/or time is not allowed to do while playing the game as it influences the game and may lead to getting an advantage over other players. Your account is restricted from using sociality or getting special offers. I have consulted our engineers and should inform you that your game data were irreversibly changed and your account can't be unblocked.
I understand how you feel about this situation and want you to consider all options. You can keep playing the current game without access to some game features or reinstall the application and start the game over enjoying all game options.
If you made purchases to the game I would be glad to transfer them to your new game. In this case please submit the following data:
1) Your new friend code which is your game identifier.
To see your friend code tap Sociality (the button with 3 people in the bottom menu) → press another button with 3 people → choose the Friend codes tab. Please, note that the Sociality button becomes active when you reach level 5.
2) Google order numbers of the purchases.
You can find your receipt and order number by logging into wallet.google.com with the account you used to make the purchase. Once you have found the order in question, please send us the Google order number, the date and amount of payment.
In case my additional assistance is required, please feel free to contact me any time. Thank you for choosing our application!
