When the app doesnt respond loading up

I woke up today with my notification bar full of 'your neighbor has sent you a gift'. I was loading the game when a gray box popped up and said Airport City not Responding. It gave options to Wait or Force Close. I forced closed and tried again. Game loaded up but all the incoming gifts were gone. Don't know if it is because I forced closed or it was just a glitch for today, but it sucks I missed out on gifts I probably could have used. Something I just wanted to warn you guys about. If that thing pops up just it Wait. Maybe you won't lose anything valuable.

For this game, I usually hit wait and.... wait. It takes awhile to load sometimes.

I will from now on, that is a definite. And recently, it is taking a while to load a neighbors game as well. Guess I'm going to be doing the waiting here as well. I learned my lesson.

This also happened to me this morning.  I never quit my game, and I will only lock (and switch off) my screen when I am not playing.  However, this morning I forgot to click on the gift icon when there was an exclamation mark (notifying me that I have gifts).  When I unlock and revive my screen, the exclamation mark is gone and there's no more gift!  I guess it's a new bug since it never happened to me before.

I had a similar thing happen to me last week. Had incoming gifts and I went into the gifts section and could see a number of new gifts. Got an incoming call and after the call ended, the game reloaded but the new gifts had gone.
