Outer Limits Collection

There are five new collections from items that drop from new destinations (all very seldom):  
Space garden - Sacramento
Creation myths - Alexandria
Orphans of the Sky - Miami
The Little Ones - Nagoya
Across the Universe - Puerto Rico

Completing each of these gets you an item for "The Outer Limits" that gives a new building (Space Needle) and a quantum leap bonus to speed rocket return by 90%

The destinations are available by using a map; one drops with the first place in a Prometheus launch.    

So far I've only got a Puerto Rico map, but this lasts for 12h 30m and needs:   Jet - 28 fuel, 80 passengers, spare wire.    Flights needed for each level:   28 / 55 / 110.   Flight time:   12h 0m

Quite a challenge!

Hi Jon,

I have just gone through my flights destinations and I can not seem to find Sacramento/Alexandria/Miami/Nagoya or Puerto Rico. However I've looked through my collections and those that you have listed appear.

Is this a new mission to complete to 13 days because I'm asking this as I have the Voyage, Voyage mission to complete.

Another map challenge. I have yet to complete the other three. I guess I have the lifespan of my tablet to finish.

Quite a challenge!

Seems ok, if you have 9 hangars you can easily do 18 flights with one map. Though I reaaly hate the fact that you need the extra item (here: spare wire). This will take some time to finish these collections!

I finally completed The Outer Limits collection. I am very dissapointed however. The space needle itself while cool looking does not give ANY extra bonuses. Or may be it does but I am not seeing them?!?

I did not actually have to fly to all the destinations because thanks to my previous gianormeous efforts I have 7 collection dropping buildings (a Christmas tree 2 Stonehendges 2 Aztec piramids and 2 Greek temples). I still had to fly to Sacramento and Miami

Also unlike the other special buildings map missions (Stonehendge, Aztek Piramid or Greek Temple) Reaching an expert level does not give you an extra map, it just gives a chest of flight items (like the regular flights). So achieving mastery is pointless

Wow, that stinks - is that true? I hate the map challenges... definitely won't bother if the needle is simply cosmetic.
