Promo buildings Empty Promo buildings

I noticed several people have multiple prize buildings from promos. i.e. 5 music shops, 3 All star moovie theatres and ect. How is it possible? Some kind of bug maybe?

I've read on here that you can get them as item drops when visiting and collecting from your neighbours. Have not had it happen to me personally though.

Yeah, I noticed several people with multiple VIP Lounges. I sure would like to get a few of those.
