Can't receive gift from my friend!!!!

Hi,
Need help!!I can't receive gift from one of my friends most of the time!!!There was only one time I received gift from her. Please help me if anyone knows what the problem is. Thank you.

I am having similar issues as well. Have raised this with GIS, but they have no idea (as usual).

I do have occasionally the same, sending and not receiving on the other side. But @tp, do you both have android?

And the other? Apple and android do sometimes not really communicate correctly
