Latest update problem

After the auto update yesterday the app will not open on galaxy II advanced. Will this be fixed or is my airport gone...

Same problem here! Sony XPERIA S!!!
What do we do? We wait for a new update?
What if I unistall the game and re-install it? Could I restore my data?

no - if you uninstall the game - the data goes with it and you will start from level 1
unless you have a full backup of the game...

I have a problem with visiting neighbours after the update. The game itselfs work and I do have the valentine challange, but as soon as I like to visit a neighbour the app crashes!

Instant crash on mine also (tmobile mytouch 4g - android). Would love it to be fixed! I sent a report but prolly need to wait for an update :/

im on a s2 skyrocket and while it looks like it crashes when visiting, it just takes about 45secs-1min for the neighbor to load. really hope they take care of this as it greatly affects visiting time.
on initial startup it also takes a longer time for it to open but eventually does.

I am still waiting also. Game crashed with the new version on Friday night, it is now Monday night with still no access. Come on GI you can do better!

Ok..
Make sure you have the latest update (V1.81 or V1.82) - you might have to switch off the power saving function/screen saver on your device for a while (atleast the 1st two reboots).
Start the game and leave it - it has taken 20 to 30mins for some people to load up... Internet access is required for the first two loads...
Once the game is up and running - don't go click happy - visiting and some of the icons are off limits (i.e. GI's icon etc)
Restart the game - but give it extra long for it to shutdown and save your airport progress...
(BTW this has been tested by some members on SII, HTC Touch HD2 etc)

got the latest update, able to visit again without it taking 15 minutes to get to someones city. looks like they finally got it
