There is a player who is using my friend code as name, making my buddies in the daily swap thread often sending to him instead of me.
Is there someway I can let him or GI know this, so he can be forced to change his username ?

I am still trying to understand what they are doing and how they are doing it.
Do you mean they have the same "In-game" name as you? You friend code is unique.... So even if they change their in-game to your friend code - you will get the invite they will get nothing...
