I understand.  I haven't been playing much either until they get it all sorted out.  I've been trying to figure out Puzzle and Dragons.  Can't play offline but they had server issues one day and sent an apology to everyone and a free magic stone (like greenies for airport city).  I didn't even know they had a problem. 

That's how to keep your players!

Thanks so much for the kind words, df.  I'm not going to delete the game, I'm just putting it away for a while.  For the last two months I've not been able to visit any android neighbors and the game has been REALLY flaky.  I waited for the new update and was very hopeful but now I've lost all of my repair slots and my planes won't complete their flights.  I've just lost all patience and I know it's time to quit when I yell at my device.  

I may be back in a few months, and if I do come back, I will definitely let you know.

Yes, there has been many problems since the last update, probably the worst update I have seen after playing for 2-3 years. The worst problem is people losing their cities and GI cannot recover for them. But then, I have been playing for free, so can't complaint too much.

That's a shame Sulfe, but obviously we understand. Thanks for being a good neighbour. Let us know if you stumble across a game where taking councilling sessions to cope with bugs aren't an integral part of the gameplay!

Wow, another good neighbor is leaving us because of G! issues. I'm sorry to see you go! Hope G! get their shit together and help their members get back on their feet. The whole Not being able to visit and losing their cities and seeing others is unacceptable. This makes the issue about down grading the Maximum Population look like nothing. But like Little b said, I'm not spending real money so i'm not complaining too much but the one thing worth more than the money is Time. Good luck and hope to have you back!

Thanks all. Like so many others I've moved on to Hay Day. It's a very fun game. Very interactive. If you're in a neighborhood, you have online chat. Competitions are fair. Rewards are many, and the other day they came down and rewarded ALL players with a couple of diamonds, which is the equivalent of airport cash.
I've not encountered any bugs and though I've left AC with a lot of airport cash, etc. I'm not looking back. I wish you all good luck.

If you decide to move on to Hay Day, please look me up. My name is Egg & I. You will be able to join neighborhoods once you reach level 18 and that is not so hard.

Thank you all for making AC a good game. It was always more about the folks playing than the rickety old game. So...thanks again, and I hope to see you move over to a game/company that respects it's customers!
