Is it safe to time travel and how do I do it safely. Can I get banned or what will happen if I time travel to much?

Time travel is not a good idea. The game will call you a cheater if you are detected. It will remove all your gold and silver coins earned from space and adventure events. It can lock you from participating in the weekly world map status. There is probably more but eventually, I'm sure they will ban your game.

For me the worst part of having your game blocked, is being unable to send gifts. This means that ultimately you will not receive any. You will be unable to participate in the weekly world rankings, no great loss because it doesn't seem to work most of the time anyway, unless your username happens to be @@ydl@@. However this does mean that you will never be able to accumulate any gold or silver coins.
Most of the time you will not be able to visit your neighbours and you will be unable to invite any.
Oh by the way, I didn't time travel I just got accused of it which so far as G! Are concerned means the same thing.
In short, don't do it.
