ICE is leaving

On boxing day, GI gave me a huge Christmas gift - force me leaving the game.

I started the game as usual to send and receive gift, but the game started from level 1. All my buildings, golden planes, green notes, coins, golden/silver tokens, fuel and passengers are gone without a warning. Reboot my phone and restart the game, still same.

So maybe it's time to say goodbye.

This happened to me a while back, and it made me quit also. I started a new game about a year later, and through the forums I found out that you could get a restore code from GI. Send in a ticket and see what they say.

No back-up? Super shitty!

I can expect the standard reply from GI like screen capture...etc
also I do have a backup.

But after finished 3 stars to all destinations and GI seems to repeat the missions only, suddenly feel tired / boring on the game.

Time to move on

I'm there with you Ice.  Although I haven't officially called it quits, my playing time is down to minutes a day mainly to keep my city active.

Had it happen to me three times, I was able to get G! to restore me with minimal loss each time.

I hear your frustration with the repetative nature of the game. I'm down to 10 sorties a day and one space launch. Just enough to keep going and sending gifts. Had really hoped for something new during the holidays like G! did with some of their other games. Might be where you are soon. Good luck Ice!

Damn Ice, its really frustrating (F***K) I hope that you get your game back, I self have some issues with GI in the past, and I play for maybe 10-15 minuts a day nothing more. Its only  a game!!

Ice, it seems that with 3 stars to all destinations you're basically ready with the game. Indeed time to move on. But who knows in 5-6 months from now you'll be back and fly with us to Mars

Thank you so much for the reply. After playing the game for more than 18 months, I found that the time I spent on post/reply threat, chat with your guys is more than playing the game. The game was crash before, I did everything to restore the game. At that moment I felt angry  and frustrated . But this time I don't even care.

If you still enjoy the game, keep on and wish you all the luck (even though very seldom ).

I contacted GI, and they could restore my game !
but you have to hurry up.
and to play a new game until level 3
But if not, have a nice new year without the game !
