Unique gift shop?

I play a Dutch version of the game and I have an assignment to visit a "unieke cadeau winkel" at my friends, which I translate into Unique gift shop. I can't find anything that fits.

1. is my translation correct?
2. Can anyone tell me what this gift shop looks like?

The building is called "Unique Gifts" found in the commerce store... It was introduced a few versions before.

An half circle building with a red strip on it...

BTW I have 5 of them if you need them on my TDV4 account.

The Dutch name is badly translated. Common in stead of Unique. That's why I couldn't find it at first.

I can however not find this commerce store at my neigbours, including 'Renate Vlieger'. I need 5 modelplanes, can anyone help me?
