Airport is missing ?? WTF ?

Hi, I left my airport on Asus Transformer TF300 for a few hours, when I came again, I had nothing on my airport - only quest build runway 1 ... I've done nothing since last visit on my tablet .. Knows somebody where's problem ?

Do you mean when you restarted the game the game has reset itself to the begening? i.e. tutorial

or has the game lost your progress - i.e. after upgrading and doing various taks it seems to have go back to how it was the day before etc...

Either way - you could try a full restart of the device (BTW like the Asus - how do you find it)

and see if the game recovers your progress - I presume you don't have a backup program that can backup your game and data toegther?

The game restarted itself... But if I enter my friend code, I can see my airport. No, unfortunately i didn't backup game :/

Looks like the game has totally lost all data about the previous version and restarted from tutorial level - a very big ouch!!!

Sadly as it stands there is not much you can do - I don't thinks even GIS will be able to do anything.

If you have made any purchases for cash from GIS - they will be able to re-credit it to your new game.

At level 15 - to a certain degree is it not too bad - I had it happen at Level 30!!!

Anyway if you decide to start over - then let me know and I will send you a care package to kick start you over...

No, device isn't rooted... I had level 18 and I want to start play again, but I don't want to earn coins - it takes really long time... I already wrote GIS, I hope they will reply me. Thanks for your help

It is a cached version of your game running on their servers (I still have three running) - nothing you can do about it sadly...

If you have spent on greens from GIS make sure you email them to let them know... So they can be moved over to the new game

No, I don't want to spend cash for this game I'm just playing it for fun

One of the main reasons I stayed around - when GIS made is almost impossibe to find some neighbours who could gift some key items...

So Speeding, do you still have your existing code? I still have your level 18 airport. If that doesnt 'exist' anymore, so what's yours now? So I know where to send gifts etc.
