Looking to Complete the "Lunar Race" collection...

This thread is for AC players who have "Completed" any of the following; Launch Pad 3, Mission Control Center 3, or Planetarium. If you have any of these buildings, please list which items are complete so friends can visit and hope for those elusive drops. The drops from these buildings are necessary in completing the Lunar Race collection, which in turn is 1 of the 4 requirements to launch from Pad 3.

So for me it is as follows:

ANDROID
Launch Pad 3 - Ready
Mission Control Center 3 - Ready
Planetarium - Very close Smile

IOS
Launch Pad 3 - Ready
Mission Control Center 3 - Ready
Planetarium

To lunch a Lunar Mission, need following

Lunar Module,
Orbital Telescope,
Lunar Rover - drops from Launch Pad 3 & Mission Control Center 3
Infrared Telescope - drops from flight of Jiuquan & Plesetsk

Where do you get the plaetarium from? I dont see it as a reward or in the list of buildings?

Had a nasty few days with phone crashed, but all restored now. Thanks to neighbours for a successful launch when I was off-line, and apologies that haven't been able to return gifts.

Sorry - disaster has struck. Opened game this morning to complete the launch, and it crashed and uninstalled itself. Will try to get a restore code from GI, but in the meantime my astronauts are lost in space and from other posts restoring means losing all neighbours...

That happened to me last year just after I passed 200 stars, my game was lost and the restore was missing about 4 months of work. Mad

My crash was before the start of this new space mission. I got everything back too include the flights I had in the air. Only change I've noted is that the list of items I can gift has changed; i.e. I can now send 20 Fuel.

Where do you get a planetarium? I'm completely missing it. I don't see it as a reward or ability to buy.

Also I have MCC3 and Launch Pad 3 if any of you wanna add me for tapping.

Guessing the Planetarium is the reward for completing the quest. My shuttle will be back soon. Should be nearing the end of the quest.

My city reset to level 1 again ($&@!#%). Will be submitting a ticket to GI to get my reset code. Last reset changed my gifting items, so no idea what I will be able to send after this reset. This is getting old very quickly.

Just received the Planetarium for completing the "By Rocket to the Moon" quest for my IOS. What's weird this quest appeared after starting a Launch Pad 3 mission on both the Android and IOS. But the IOS version was ready to complete and collect the Planetarium. The Android quest is going to make me start a L3 mission again even thou I have one in progress. Anyway glad to see it! Very Happy

I wanted to know what the Planetarium looks like so I can visit it at my neighbors' airports. I couldn't find any English or Dutch information, but I did find it on a German wiki page, with the building information as well.
My German ain't that great so forgive me when the information is not completely right. Maybe those who already have it build can check the information. Mine will be finished in two days, then I will post a better picture.

"By Rocket to the Moon" quest requires 3 conditions to earn a Planetarium:

* Build a Launch Pad 3
* Upgrade the Mission Control Center to Level 3
* Launch a Lunar spaceship 1 time

Time allotted to complete this is 7 days.

I have a level 3 MCC and my launch pad will be complete in 3 days time.

I have a 16 hour window to Launch once my Launch Pad is complete.

I know it requires:
Lunar Module - 804 of them
Obital Telescope - 45 of them
Lunar Rover - 2 of them
Infra Red Telescope. (still missing that one, but i am hoping to get it by visiting friends with planetarium, still need two items for it)

Does enybody now if I can Launch without Infra Red Telescope (payin with Greens) still have 8 of them.

And one last thing, do you compleet the quest and get the planetarium by Launching or completing the Launch.

I didn't notice whether it is possible to buy the Infra Red Telescope with greens.

Before the assignment to launch you do have to collect from several (neighbor's) buildings, so if you're running out of time you better save your daily neighbor visits until your Launch pad will be done, so you don't have to wait another day before being able to launch.

You can buy the launch items for 20 green a piece. Be prepared that launching the space shuttle requires 3000 points of resources.

I am making a couple of assumptions here based on previous launch events.

1. The event says "launch a lunar spaceship" and the other ones completed upon launch so I assume it's complete as soon as you launch.

2. I assume if you join in a friend's launch you complete the event (that was true for the blue rocket).

Correct on both accounts
1. you can complete the mission once you launch. You can hit the "complete" button
2. Joining a friends launch also makes the "complete" button available.

Im holding off unto it lands as there are side quests.

Hi all,
I have meanwhile completed 2 space shuttle missions, 1 as passenger and 1 as pilot. However, I only got 2200 coins (not 20.000 as mentioned) as pilot and 1000 (or 1100) coins as passenger. Did anybody else have the same problem?

I as well received only 2200 coins in stead of 20.000. I didn't see how many experience I received.
Please let me know what the response of GI is, I will send in a ticket later.
