Monument of the Captain

I completed the 2nd chapter of the captains story several months ago but my monument is still missing the 'Captain's Locket'. Anyone know how to complete this? Thanks

Also, is this forum only for the mobile version of Airport City or does it also deal with the computer/FB version of it? From reading through these forums there seems to be mostly mobile version topics that stand out. I just joined here and couldn't really find anything one way or the other on this topic. I only use the computer based version of AirprtCity.
