Repair Bay Upgrades

Is it me or are the requirements for the building upgrades just a bit annoying. I'm especially annoyed with the repair bay since last time I upgraded I couldn't use it to repair my planes until I had all the items. So this time I'm trying to get out ahead and get the items first. If anyone can send what I need below I would greatly appreciate it!

thanks for the heads up on the parts thread. Guess I hadn't noticed it for whatever reason. I will certainly go there in the future.
