What's a Mineral Water good for?

I see these all the time but I don't know where they go or what good they are.

I think bottled water was one of the side quests. "Visit the grocery to find bottled water"... Once that task is completed, I think it's good for nothing.

Found it.
There's a mission under the stewardess that involves collecting one mineral water. For some reason it's not recognizing the waters when they appear. I might have this mission forever!

That mission will not grant you any special item. No need to regret
