Visit button is disabled Empty Visit button is disabled

I tried searching in the forum but can't seem to find this problem mentioned anywhere.

Can somebody direct me to the post if it has been mentioned before or tell me what it means when the Visit button is disabled (cannot visit neighbor)? Is this a bug (do I leave it alone and hope the next update will fix it) or the neighbor has stopped playing/obtained a new friend code and there's nothing I can do but to delete it off my neighbor list?

I have the same problems with some neighbours...haven't tried to find out what could cause this issue.

I have so many neighbours so far, that I don't care if for some visiting isn't able Smile

I think it has to do with the version.

On 1.42 I can visit, but on 1.36 i can't.
