Drops from São Paulo

I must have done 20 trips if not more to São Paulo and nothing has been dropped once, anyone else having the same problem?

Same here, also from Buenos Aires and Lima, drops are not working since I started to play in November...can't complete the mission.

I got nothing until starting the delta flights to Lima, then they started dropping slowly. It took until nearly the last flight to get it.
