Not getting rewards when someone visits me..

I never see anyone visiting anymore. The rewards are gone. Not only at my game, but also at my husband's. I'm getting a bit lonely here, 
My husband and I visit each other, and I loved to see his portrait smiling at me. But no such. I guess I need to look at him in real time now.
I don't have other problems. Can visit, send and receive gifts, add neighbors, go on space missions with others....
Problem sounds familiar to anyone? Restarting the game and the device didn't help.

It's the same for me. I know lots visit me but not seeing their icons and not getting the bonuses.
But it gets better: My launch pad 2 is now stuck.
Honestly, if GI doesn't fix this asap, I am considering leaving this game and just play Townsmen.
This is supposed to be enjoyable, not frustrating.

GI is experiencing server problems. Eddy's launch got stuck this afternoon, but was fine later. Now mine is stuck. When I try to visit neigbors, it says: no server connection.
I hope this will be solved in the morning.

I'm getting the same error every so often. Trying to join a launch and clicking on launchpad brings up the error message. Not able to send gifts either.

@mirima - you joined my launch. I can not get into the menu where you buy items and use them for points toward the launch. It locked up on me at 1598!

Yes, you are right. I didn't want to take a big item when there was only so little needed. Now I regret that I didn't finish it when I could, but instead wanted to come back after 10 minutes.
This morning still no server connection. Time to contact support I guess,
UPDATE: my husband's game has no server connection too. Anyone else experience this problems? I contacted support and wish for the best.

I'm not getting visitor rewards, either - but my launch is OK (so far) and I was able to visit neighbors...

Well I must have spoke too soon. I started a Level 2 launch, added 1200 points, and now I can't even CLICK ON the launch pad OR the "spaceship launch" icon in the upper right. Everything else works fine. I suppose this means the $6 of airport bucks I paid to buy that Explosive Bolt will be wasted, as will the 2 days I spent collecting a "Big Brother" collection.

I was able to get back into the launch and finish it, so at least when GI figures this out you should be able to launch.

Same here - I actually filed a report with Game Insight, and they responded promptly:
"Due to some technical works on game server such social features as visiting friends, using codes, sending gifts, etc can be temporarily unavailable. Currently all limitations have been removed and you can freely enjoy the game process."
My launch became available, and I was able to finish it. I still haven't seen visitor gifts, but hopefully that will start showing up...

Good question lol... My interpretation of that statement is that they were apparently doing some server-related work, and during that time, some features of the game were glitching and/or not available--"limiting" the game experience.

Well, it has been ten days... what is the latest on this glitch with not receiving rewards after neighbors have visited? Is everyone still experiencing the same problem with not receiving any rewards from neighbors who visit your city? I am not receiving any rewards from neighbors who visit my city.
I suspect that this was an intentional and permanent change by GIS, to prevent us from "gifting" each other fuel by visiting neighbors and clicking on their hangars. There were times when I was in desperate need of fuel and would use my 60 clicks on hangars, thereby obtaining 60 units of fuel and also "gifting" five units of fuel to each of 12 neighbors. I can still obtain fuel that way, but my neighbors no longer benefit from it.

Yeah, I thought everyone just hated me! I saw maybe a few visitors when I first started playing around late Januaryish, then zipp-o till a week or so ago when a few more trickled in.
