Seems nothings new ... Only some small changes:
- max citizens is gone up to 840.

I haven't updated yet, is it save now? I noticed that I could visit many more friends than before, almost twice as much but I am still level 7.

And I can still fly to Riviera, it doesn't cost any passengers, the other romantic destination have disappeared.
