Expansions for 50% Promo??

Am I just daft, or can someone tell me how to take advantage of this promo? If I go to purchase an expansion, it prices the land at $20.

Does it matter how many you already have? I am on expansion 30, fyi.

Anyone been able to utilize this promo?

1 expansion with coins, and 1 with cash..

I dont know if you already have many expansion though. But it seems the promo just ended?

I'm in California, so I have about 6 more hours. How did you do it? Just make a typical expansion purchase? Like highlight the piece of land you want then buy it?

It's been a while since it stopped giving me options as far as coin or cash, and my non-airport side of the game is apparently full, as I can no longer highlight a parcel to buy. So I'm thinking I may be out of luck.

Yes, what I did was just the typical expansion purchase. Highlited the site I wanted to buy, and the options of coins vs cash appeared. Both with 50% discount.

It was so hard to resist :-)

Yes, there are limits to the amount of land you can buy on each side. After 30 expansions it stops counting, but I think I have 35 on the commercial/residential side and 21 on the airport itself

Sadly can not help you pal - Maxed out on land expansions except one small area air side and need to keep that open as the ghosts only appear on un-bought land

I think the promo returns every month. I had too little cash when I first saw it. Started saving up cause I thought it'd return. Just bought two expansions at the promo rate when it returned

I'm hoping this is correct. I've been waiting for another promotion like this to come along. We just had one a few weeks ago, however, so not sure if we'll be due for another so soon.

I have been playing for a few months now and have seen it come up about every 4 weeks (though its only for AC cash, not coins as was probably the case in earlier versions of the game).

Woohoo! Expansion sale. Glad I didn't accidentally spend those dollars.

There is now an expansion sale for two days. Is it really every 4 weeks?
I don't have any airport cah right now... So I hope it returns, or hopefully there is a good promotion code this weekend!!

It generally returns every other Friday alternating with a 3 times the greens/coins for any real cash you spend.

Of course, as with everything GI, it is subject to change w/o notice.
