Loading screen Freezes

I am experiencing a problem lately that once I level up to level 25 I can no longer play the game. The loading screen stays even though game should of loaded. I have the bottom icons loaded, the right hand side icons loaded and the status info up the top but have the loading screen image and loading message down the bottom. I have restored my IPhone and it's fine till I level up and then does this again.

Any work around to fix it as I don't want to have to start over.
