Duke's Airship Store Broken

So I see the Duke icon saying he's here, but the airship isn't on the dock... And when I manually click the icon it says I need an Internet connection, which I clearly have as I'm in a space launch and having no issues with contributing to a friends launch.
I want to spend some greenies!

Issue is fixed for me.... just restarted game and air ship flew in. Bought maps as usual
