Complete "By Rocket to the Moon" quest requires 3 conditions to earn a Planetarium:
* Build a Launch Pad 3
* Upgrade the Mission Control Center to Level 3
* Launch a Lunar spaceship 1 time
Time allotted to complete this is 7 days.
I have a Planetarium up and running on IOS game: .ME
This quest may have ended by the time you read this.

Figures... there was no way I was going to earn enough coin to build the parts for this quest. Another one missed!

Bumping this.
Did the last update change what this building drops? It is now dropping items for four collections where before it only dropped for two I think?
Looks like they added the 'Dark side of the Moon' and 'Big Brother' items to this building?

You are correct young Jedi, you now receive items for those collections as they are needed for a Lunar Launch. Just wish completing the Infared Antenna or Lunar Rover would give a launch item.
