New item: Fuel catalyst

Hi all,
The most update version has new item: Fuel catalyst.
Is it use for speed up? I still have not receive it from friend.
I found that I can use it in the "My flights", so I guess it use for speed up (at lease part of the whole flight)

I have just used one,it can only speed up very little of time.
It can use for the flight need use the map to flight in the limit time. It can save some time to arrange another flight in the limit time.

Could be useful if you want to use a map.

I can't speed up jet fights to area 51 so it might not work on other map flights either.
