No more notes?

Ever since Hungry for more update, no banknotes. Not for leveling to 40, not for installing promo games, not for weekend codes. No response from support.
Tempted to pack it in, especially since my damn alien legacy is just dropping spacefood chocolate bars to add insult to injury. I need entry into GI Sucks :-)
