I'm going to say 2m as the level 8 tower required 1m. Still pointless though in my book - it's all very well being able to increase the number of hangars and therefore planes in your airport but not if you haven't got the fuel to fly them. 100 maximum fuel isn't enough!

More planes and no extra fuel sucks, but hey, I got to be the first kid on my block with more hangars (lol). Got $4.3M in the bank with nothing to do with, so might as well load up.

We'll get a new Town Hall as well, on their Facebook they write:
"The more your Airport City grows, the more it needs an effective management. Upgrade your Town Hall to the max level and improve hotel infrastructure throughout the city to ensure the influx of new residents to your city. A new Town Hall is going to be available soon as well!"
I think they'll announce a new Terminal in a few days (and hopefully a new Fuel Station), and release the update soon.

Yeah, I think most of us have already solved their population problem with the Grand Hotel, or otherwise with demolishing their cities
And this one will be really expensive as well. Control Tower 8 costs 1M, so I think the new Tower will cost 1,4M. And Town Hall 8 was 800K, so maybe the new one will cost 1M.

With all my monuments and quests buildings, I know have more than 1000 free population, just not any free room to build much more. Hoping the new update includes expansion of the city boundries.
