Not getting bank notes from Real Money Purchase

I've taken the plunge by buying some bank notes with real money using the 300% modifier from last weekend, but I still haven't received the notes. I did get the confirmation email for the payment from the Play Store, but nothing has happened. I'm sure I've read a similar report somewhere but can't seem to find it anymore!

Anyone encountered the same problem?

There have been few reports of cash not being credited into the game straight away....

Best to email GIS - sadly nothing else you can do (apart from making sure your game/phone is online most of the time)

I have had the same happen to me once. A mail to GI worked wonders and after a couple of days the cash suddenly appeared.

I'm in touch with GIS right now and they're working on it...

I have almost the same problem, my 4 years son bought some coins, i did not get. I wrote them to change it into bank notes or return the money. I got a reply they work on it, then i reply again. After some days i got the answer, they did not hear from me since a couple of days and close the topic. I wrote again, but still nothing heard from them, the support is not working well :-(

Happened to me last weekend. Emailed them and a week later their technical staff are still looking into it!

I waited their 5 business working days and then threatened to cancel the transaction with my credit card provider. My Airport cash +50% extra free within 6 hours. I think you have to be quite robust with them!

Happens to me every time, sadly. I've only bought a few times, but it takes an email + 3-5 days before they show up in my game, even though I'm always connected/online. Pretty lame, definitely a major negative for GI since real $ is involved...especially sucks when they have deals on expansions! Plan accordingly...

I have also not recieved my notes. Game Insight say they are looking into it but.it may take up to 7 days! Has anyone had this issue sucessfully resolved?

having the same problem here.....really gutted....contacted support have to wait and see.....if i don't what ive paid for then the end is nigh for me & game insight. 96 notes!
